Our return policy is active for 30 days from date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, you must request a return within 30 days of the original purchase date at sales@puregenbiotech.com. Due to the nature of the product, we can only accept sealed and unopened containers for refund. Exceptions to that rule may be made for extenuating circumstances (postal mishandling, damage to product or container, etc) at the discretion of PureGen. Once the product is received at our location, please allow between 5 to 7 days to process your return and issue the refund. 

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
