Our return policy is active for 30 days from date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, you must request a return within 30 days of the original purchase date at sales@puregenbiotech.com. Due to the nature of the product, we can only accept sealed and unopened containers for refund. Exceptions to that rule may be made for extenuating circumstances (postal mishandling, damage to product or container, etc) at the discretion of PureGen. Once the product is received at our location, please allow between 5 to 7 days to process your return and issue the refund.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

I just started taking this and don't notice any energy or anything yet. Might need to give it some more time though. Packaging was really good and the powder looks fresh. I like that they include a certificate from a lab showing the purity.
I have used PureGen products for about a year and trust them completely! NMN is supposed to be the new fountain of youth. We shall see! I do know it seems to give me more energy and stamina, and that is huge! Try some, and see what it can do for you!
I've only just started using this, so I can't speak on long term results or efficacy. I was previously taking another NMN supplement that I no longer can find, so I've been looking for an alternative. This popped up right in time. No uneasy stomach or weird taste or anything like that.
Great product. I ordered this along with a jar of resveratrol. The shipment was delivered very quickly and included analysis certificates for both products.
